Terrine of vegetables with cheese


01 teacup of cooked squash and cut into small cubes;
01 teacup of zucchini cooked and cut into small cubes;
01 teacup of braised leeks;
01 teacup of goat cheese, firm, cut into small cubes;
01 teacup of shitake stew;
02 tablespoons of chopped parsley;
½ teacup of skimmed milk;
12 g of gelatin colorless, tasteless;
300 g of light cream cheese;
Light salad dressing;
Black pepper;


In a bowl, combine the shiitake mushroom, the squash, zucchini, leeks, cheese, cream, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Hydrate the gelatin in milk and bake in water bath until dissolved. Add to the creamed vegetables, go to a cake pan lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 04 hours. Unmold and serve with salad dressing. PS: If you can not find the shitake, replace it with shimeji mushroom or paris, the same amount.
