Potato soup with 03 cheese


INGREDIENTS

01 onion, chopped;
01 teaspoon of nutmeg;
01 clove garlic;
02 tablespoons of butter;
100 g gorgonzola cheese, grated;
100 g of Parmesan cheese, grated;
100 g of cheese spread;
500 g of potatoes, cooked and cubed;
750 ml of water.


PREPARATION

Saute onion in butter and garlic. Then add potatoes, gorgonzola and parmesan cheese, nutmeg and water and simmer. After boiling, add the cheese spread and grind. If you want a slightly less creamy soup, add a little boiling water after putting all the ingredients. Serve hot.

Cookie of tuna


INGREDIENTS

  • 01 ½ cup of tea, milk;
  • 01 can of tuna drained;
  • 01 clove garlic;
  • 01 small onion, grated;
  • 02 eggs;
  • 02 spoons chopped parsley;
  • 02 spoons of butter;
  • 02 spoons of water;
  • 03 spoons of cornstarch;
  • Black pepper;
  • Bread crumbs;
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil;

PREPARATION

In a pan, fry the onion and garlic in butter until golden brown. Add the tuna and mix. Slowly add the cornstarch dissolved in milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat, add the egg yolks, beaten, and mix well. Return to heat and leave for 05 minutes. Remove from heat, add the parsley, salt and pepper. Allow to cool. Mold the balls with your hands, go through the clear eggs, beaten with water. Dip the balls for bread crumbs and fry in hot oil until golden.
