Sweet milk petit gateau

INGREDIENTS

04 egg yolks;

¼ teacup of flour;

100 g of butter;

200 g of sweet milk.

PREPARATION

Pour the sweet milk and butter in a pan, leaving the fire until melted. In a bowl, add the milk candy melted and the egg yolks and mix well. Add the flour and mix until the dough is very homogeneous. Grease 06 muffin cups with butter or oil, and flour, distributing the dough. Bake in preheated oven at 200° C, leaving bake for about 08 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream preference.
