02 large egg whites;
03 tablespoons of flour;
05 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted;
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract;
½ teacup of sugar;
½ teacup of ground almonds.
01 teacup of fresh heavy cream;
02 boxes of strawberries cut in half (600 g);
09 tablespoons of sugar.
In a bowl, mixe all ingredients. After greasing two large rectangular shapes, line with parchment paper. Make small circles, using ½ teaspoon of the mass, opening with back of spoon. Repeat the process until all the dough over. Bake in preheated oven at 180° C for about 05 minutes. Once cooked, remove the cookies.
In a mixer, beat the heavy cream and 03 teaspoons of sugar until the chantilly point.
Take a round cookie, spread over it a layer of whipped cream and strawberries. Repeat the process doing more 02 layers. Sprinkle over the last 01 teaspoon of sugar.
