Pave vanilla cream and strawberry


INGREDIENTS

STUFFING
01 egg yolk;
02 teacups of milk;
03 tablespoons of corn starch;
04 tablespoons of sugar;
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract;
300 g of strawberries, chopped.

COVERAGE
01 tablespoon of sugar;
01 teacup of heavy cream.

MOUNTING
½ teacup of milk;
150 g of biscuit champagne.


PREPARATION

STUFFING
Mix the cornstarch to the milk, pour into a saucepan, and add the yolks and sugar, mixing well. Cook until it be consistent, always mixing. By removing from heat, add vanilla essence and leave the party.

COVERAGE
In blender add the heavy cream and sugar, beating on high speed until consistent, then immediately decrease until it is looking like whipped cream.

MOUNTING
In a baking dish make a layer of small champagne biscuits soaked in milk. Using half of the vanilla cream and strawberries, make a layer over the cookies. Repeat layers. Finally add the whipped cream.
