INGREDIENTS
SYRUP

PUDDING
01 teacup of sugar;
02 teacups of oatmeal;
03 tablespoons of butter, melted;
03 teacups of milk;
06 eggs;
½ teacup of chopped walnuts.
PREPARATION
Make caramel with the sugar of syrup and pour over the
pudding form. Beat eggs with milk, oats, sugar and butter. Stir in nuts and
pour over the caramel sauce. With a preheated oven at 200°C set to bake in
water bath for about 01 hours. If convenient, garnish with nuts.
