Stuffed bread honey


10 g baking powder;
100 ml of milk;
125 g butter, melted in a bain-marie;
150 g of brown sugar;
3 g of powdered sodium bicarbonate;
3 g of cinnamon powder;
3 g of ground cloves;
350 g sugar;
400 ml of honey;
50 g of corn starch;
650 g of flour.

500 g of sweet milk.

01 kg semisweet chocolate, melted in a water bath.


Place all dry ingredients in a bowl, add the butter and milk. Stir until the dough is smooth. Finally, add the honey. Place dough in a greased baking sheet and take to bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C. Remove, unmold and let cool.

Cut dough into squares of 4 x 4 cm, then cut them in half (horizontally), filling with sweet milk. With the aid of a fork, bathe the rolls one by one in the melted chocolate. Let them dry on waxed paper. After they have cooled, cut the burrs with a knife.
