03 egg whites;
03 tablespoons of sugar;
170 g semisweet chocolate, chopped;
395 g of heavy cream;
Chantilly;
Chocolate chips.
PREPARATION
Heat in water bath, the heavy cream, add the chocolate and
stir until it is completely melted. Leave a part. Beat the egg whites until
stiff and add sugar. Mix lightly with cream chocolate and place in a baking
dish or bowls. Take the refrigerator for about 03 hours and garnish with chantilly
and chocolate chips.
