01 medium onion;
01 clove garlic;
Paella kit 01 (300 g shrimp, squid, mussels and octopus);
250 g of pasta very thin;
400 g tomatoes, skinned and seeded;
Grated parmesan cheese;
Fry onion and garlic, sliced thin or chopped, in a little olive oil until golden. When they are well browned, add tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes begin to fall apart. If necessary, add water (not much). Salt to taste and add a little dill. Place the seafood in the sauce and leave until they are cooked.
Cook the pasta, drain and pour the sauce on top. Serve with grated cheese.
