Guava jam mousse


INGREDIENTS

01 spoon of corn starch;
500 ml of milk;
300 g of guava jam, cut into cubes;
395 g of heavy cream;
395 g of condensed milk.


PREPARATION

In a blender beat condensed milk, heavy cream and guava jam. Let the party.

Mix the cornstarch in the milk, still cold, and heat, and cook until it becomes a cream.

Now mix the two creams, and bring the refrigerator for at least 02 hours.
