Chicken tortilla


01 small onions, pat;
01 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded;
01 small tomato, cut into small square;
10 disks of bread type tortilla;
200 g of heavy cream;
200 g of cottage cheese;
50 g of olive;
50 g of raisins;
Olive oil;
Black pepper;


In a pan fry the onion in olive oil until it is golden brown. Pour the tomatoes, followed by olives and raisins. After frying for 01 minute, pour some water and chicken.Season with salt and pepper. When the water is already dried, pour the cream andcheese, then immediately off, do not boil.

Take the hard tortilla, fried already, and add the filling and serve.
