Orange cream cake


INGREDIENTS

01 spoon, soup, baking powder;
01 orange, unpeeled, chopped, not the white part of the medium;
01 teacup of wheat flour;
01 teacup of oil;
01 teacup of orange juice;
02 teacups of sugar;
03 eggs;
10 balls of vanilla ice cream.


PREPARATION

Beat in a blender and orange oil, adding the eggs and 01 teacup of sugar. In a bowl, combine flour and baking powder, mixing well. Put a hole in the middle way, greased and floured, leading to the preheated oven, 180 ° C for 30 minutes. Let cool and unmold. Cut a lid on the cake with 02 cm thick. Line the form with plastic cling film and place the cake back on the form. Cave cake being careful not to drill the lateral and / or background. Mix the ice cream balls with crumb cake. Place the mixture in the cake and cover with the lid aside. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 04 hours and unmold.

Make a syrup by mixing orange juice with 01 teacup sugar and cook for 15 minutes. Spread the orange syrup cake.
