INGREDIENTS
01 large onion, chopped;

PREPARATION
In a
saucepan, heat oil and fry the onion until golden. Add the soy sauce, wheat
flour, white wine, ¼ teacup of water and simmer, stirring constantly. Add
parsley, chili pepper and salt. Allow to cool. Season the fillets of chicken
