02 cups of express
coffee with no sugar;
08 eggs;
08 spoons
of sugar;
400 g of
champagne biscuit;
400 g of
mascarpone cheese;
Liquor;
Powder
chocolate;
Salt.
HOW TO PREPARE
Beat the
egg whites until it becomes snow whites, leaving the yolks separately, and add
a pinch of salt;
In another
bowl, beat the yolks with sugar until you have clearer mixture. Add the
mascarpone cheese and slowly mix it until it becomes consistent mixture. Add
the snow whites and mix it softly, always, from the bottom to the top to be
well mixed.
In a plate,
add the express coffee and the liquor. Put the champagne biscuit in the mixture
and line it in a refractory bowl, adding onto it, the mixture made before, and
make layers of it up to the top of the refractory bowl.
Spread the
powder chocolate on the dessert and cool it for at least 6 hours.
