Strawberry pie II


INGREDIENTS

MASS
  • 01 spoon sugar;
  • 02 egg yolks;
  • 02 cups of flour;
  • 03 spoons butter. 
FILLING
  • 395 g condensed milk (01 can);
  • 01 cup of strawberry pulp.
COVERAGE
  • 02 egg whites;
  • 04 spoons of sugar.
PREPARATION

Place all mass ingredients in a bowl, mix well until the dough pulls away from fingers. Let rest in refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Open a form, including covering the sides. Prick the bottom and put to bake until golden, about 30 minutes in oven pre-heated temperature to 180° C. Remove from oven and unmold.

To prepare the filling just mix the ingredients in a container and put on the mass has baked.

Finish beating the egg whites and then add the sugar. After beating add the mixture over the filling. Bake for about 20 minutes, also at 180° C until golden brown.
