Light chocolate mousse


03 egg whites;
03 spoons of cooking sweetener;
170 g diet semisweet chocolate, chopped;
395 g light heavy cream;
Cherries to decorate.


Heat in water bath in the cream, add the chocolate and stir until it is completely melted. Separate. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add gradually the sweetener. Mix lightly with cream chocolate and place in an ovenproof dish. Take the refrigerator for about 03 hours. Decorate the mousse with cherries.

30 minutes + 03 hours in refrigerator
