Filo pastry


  • 01 1/3 tea cup of flour;
  • 02 spoons of vegetable oil;
  • ½ tea cup of water;
  • ½ teaspoon of vinegar;
  • Pinch of salt.


In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Let the party. In a container mix water, oil and vinegar. Add the liquid mixture to the flour and salt until the dough is not sticky or dry and smooth. Knead the dough well, adding flour or water to achieve the proper consistency. Then knead it well, form a ball and brush it with oil. Place in a plastic bag, close tightly and let stand 30 to 90 minutes.

After the rest of the dough, divide into 20 balls about 30 cm. Roll out the dough, leaving very thin. While it is open, always sprinkle with flour to prevent sticking. Open all disks and can keep them stacked, if well floured or a separate one with parchment paper.
