Green corn past


  • 02 tea cup sugar;
  • 12 ears of corn with straw;
  • 150 g mozzarella, cut into cubes;
  • 200 ml of coconut milk;
  • 50 g grated coconut;
  • Pinch of salt.


Separate the corn husks, reserving both. Cut close to the corn cob, soon after, hitting small pieces of corn in a blender. In a bowl, place beaten corn, add the coconut milk, sugar, pinch of salt and grated coconut. Take two pieces of straw and add 04 spoons of the mixture, and then immediately put 02 pieces of mozzarella. Now just close, holding strips of straw, or gummy gum, or even string. Put to cook in boiling water for about 50 minutes. Drain and serve.
