Chicken skewers for sweet and sour sauce


  • 05 oranges;
  • 15 dried prunes;
  • 400 g chicken breast, cut into cubes, seasoned with lemon and salt.

Line baking sheet with foil and assemble the skewers. Bake until sides are golden brown. While roasting skewers, cook the dried prunes in water for about 10 minutes. Beat the dried prunes in a blender with water and orange juice. Book the beat.

When serving, pour the mixture in a blender hit on the skewer.
