01 spoon of baking powder;
02 spoons of butter;
03 cups of flour;
½ cup sugar;
200 g cream milk (01 box);
50 g guava jam, bars, chopped into squares.
In a bowl place the flour, baking powder, salt and butter, mixing until you reach the point of pastry. Add the cream milk and sugar, mix it again. After well mixed, let the dough rest for about 02 minutes. Make small "cookies", open them and put 01 or 02 pieces of guava jam in the middle, closing shortly thereafter. Throw on top of each "cookie" a little sugar and bake in oven preheated to 200 º C, between 10 and 15 minutes, until golden.
PS: is to serve hot, as after a cold mass is harder, however, in the case of guava scone is also very nice after a cold.
