· 01 fillet with olive oil;
· 01 can of whipped cream, without serum (395 g);
· 01 pack of “Sazón” red;
· 03 cloves of garlic;
· 06 French bread;
· 100 g of mozzarella into small cubes.
PREPARATION
Whisk the garlic, olive oil, whipped cream and seasoning in blender. Slice the bread and pass the cream in a blender between the slices. Soon after putting 01 or 02 cubes of cheese between the slices.
Bake 180° C, until golden.
