Cornemeal bread with guava jam

·        01 teaspoon baking powder;
·        01 cup of sugar;
·        01 cup flour;
·        01 cup cornmeal;
·        01 glass of milk;
·        01 egg;
·        ½ cup oil;
·        100 g of guava jam;
·        100 g of cheese.

Mix everything in a blender or mixer, with the exception of cheese and guava jam. Place dough in a greased pan. When greasing the pan, if using oil, play a little flour to form a thin layer, facilitating the release of the bread pan to unmold. Cut the guava jam and cheese into small pieces and then add in the dough. Take the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
