Bread pudding


INGREDIENTS
MASS
·        01 teaspoon of cinnamon;
·        01 liters of milk;
·        07 eggs;
·        100 g of honey;
·        150 g bread (03 French bread) from the previous day;
·        400 g sugar.
SYRUP
·        01 cup of sugar;
·        01 glass of water.
PREPARATION
Cut the bread into pieces, then immediately moisturize it with the milk and let rest for at least 06 hours. After the bread hydrated, remove the milk from the bread and set aside.
MIX 01: In a saucepan, place the milk, taken from the bread, add half the sugar and honey, leaving the fire until it begins to boil. Let cool and set aside.
MIX 02: In a bowl place the egg, cinnamon, remaining sugar and beat.
Add to the MIX 01 MIX 02 leaving all the dough evenly and place the part. In a pan make syrup, letting the sugar melt until well after that Douradinho and add the water. Take the syrup and cover the bottom of the pan and immediately pour the batter on top. Bake for about 1:30 in the oven preheated to a temperature of 200 ° C on a tray with water. You could then unmold and serve.
