Stuffed potatoes

·        02 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
·        02 tablespoons of olive oil;
·        02 drops hot pepper sauce;
·        05 potatoes large;
·        05 slices of mozzarella, sliced ​​in half;
·        06 slices of mozzarella, chopped;
·        06 slices of ham, chopped;
·        ½ onion, small taps;
·        Oregano;
·        Salt.

Leave the potatoes in half and cook them in salted water. Remove peel the potatoes with a spoon, taking care not to damage the bark. Mash them with a fork and mix all ingredients except mozzarella sliced ​​in half.
