Steak parmigiana

INGREDIENTS
·         02 eggs;
·        Mozzarella (thick slice, 01 for each steak);
·        600 g fillet of beef or chicken (do not beat the meat);
·        Bread flour;
·        Red sauce.


PREPARATION
Season the steaks in his way. Beat eggs. Dip the steaks in egg, then immediately in breadcrumbs and then fry them. Make the red sauce. In a refractory bowl, place the steaks and the sauce over them. On top of the sauce place the mozzarella. Then just bake for about 10 minutes, time required just to melt the mozzarella.
