Sponge cake

INGREDIENTS

·        02 tablespoons baking powder;
·        02 cups of hot milk;
·        03 cups of sugar;
·        04 cups of flour;
·        06 whole eggs.


PREPARATION
Crash, rather, in a blender the eggs and sugar. In mixer bowl mix the flour and baking powder, and put what was hit in the blender and blend more. Add slowly the hot milk and place in a large bowl refractory. Bring the oven, preheated on medium heat - 180 - bake slowly.
