Lasagna white sauce

·        01 onions, chopped;
·        01 cans of cream;
·        01 liters of milk;
·        02 tablespoons full of cornstarch;
·        02 tablespoons of margarine;
·        02 cups of grated cheese (preferably mine or basket);
·        600 g of mozzarella;
·        600 g of ham;
·        800 g of dough for lasagna;
·        Sal.

Cook the lasagna sheets in 04 liters of boiling water with salt for 03 for 04 minutes, constantly leaf by leaf. Stir occasionally so that the leaves do not stick. Remove the dough with a slotted spoon and wipe the cold water. To prepare the white sauce: fry the onion in margarine, adding the salt, and the onion is fritinha, add the cream and leave on fire for about 02 minutes, put the milk already with cornstarch dissolved in it; mixing until the cream to go get firmer, when it is creamy, add the cheese. To assemble the lasagna, take a baking dish and line its bottom with a bit of sauce, 08 to 10 tablespoons, adding layers of lasagna sheets, sauce, ham, mozzarella, and the last layer consists of lasagna sheets and mozzarella. Bake for about 20 minutes.
