- 01 glass of milk;
- 01 spoons of baking powder;
- 01 spoons of cornstarch;
- 01 spoons of margarine;
- 02 cloves garlic (crushed with a little salt);
- 03 spoons of grated white cheese;
- 04 eggs;
- ½ kg of chayote.
Cook the chayote, chopped in small cube with a little salt. Dissolve cornstarch in cold milk. Mix all ingredients. Pour the mixture into a bowl and bake refractory to bake. Adjust the oven temperature to 180 °. Leave in the oven until golden brown the top.
