Chayote soufflé


INGREDIENTS

  • 01 glass of milk;
  • 01 spoons of baking powder;
  • 01 spoons of cornstarch;
  • 01 spoons of margarine;
  • 02 cloves garlic (crushed with a little salt);
  • 03 spoons of grated white cheese;
  • 04 eggs;
  • ½ kg of chayote.

PREPARATION

Cook the chayote, chopped in small cube with a little salt. Dissolve cornstarch in cold milk. Mix all ingredients. Pour the mixture into a bowl and bake refractory to bake. Adjust the oven temperature to 180 °. Leave in the oven until golden brown the top.
