Fish filet light


01 onion, chopped;
01 teacup cherry tomatoes, halved;
02 tablespoons of chopped fresh herbs;
02 tablespoons of olive oil;
03 stalks of leeks, cut into thin slices;
05 tilapia fillets;
½ teacup of chestnuts, cooked and chopped;
½ teaspoon of ground ginger;
Black pepper;
Juice of 01 lemon;


Season the fillets with lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper. Light grill and set aside. In a saucepan, heat oil and saute the onion along with the leeks. When they are wilted, add the nuts, tomatoes and ginger. Add the fillets over and serve.
