Light dessert of white chocolate


INGREDIENTS

BASE
118 g of biscuit maria light;
136 g light heavy cream;
171 g of corn starch;
370 g of sweetened condensed light;
563 g of skimmed milk.

SECOND LAYER
01 kg of condensed milk cooked light;
106 g light heavy cream.

MOUSSE
09 units of egg white;
106 g caster sugar light;
106 ml of hot water;
13 g of powdered gelatin;
228 g white chocolate;
354 g light heavy cream.


PREPARATION

BASE
In a saucepan place all ingredients except the heavy cream. Stir until thickened. Remove and let cool. Add the heavy cream and set aside.

SECOND LAYER
Beat condensed milk cooked with heavy cream and set aside.

MOUSSE
Beat egg whites with sugar and book light. Melt chocolate in double boiler, add the chocolate and heavy cream and mix. Mix everything and put the gelatin dissolved in hot water.

ASSEMBLY
Line the refractory to the cream base, then place the second layer of cream and finally add the mousse, and bring the refrigerator for about 02 hours.
