INGREDIENTS
01 small onion, chopped;
150 grams gorgonzola cheese, grated;
150 grams of parmesan cheese, grated;
200 grams of cream cheese or cottage cheese;
200 grams of mozzarella cheese, grated;
250 ml of milk;
395 grams of heavy cream (01 cans), without serum;
Olive oil.
PREPARATION
In a pan fry the onion in olive oil until it is golden. With
the exception of the heavy cream, add all ingredients in saucepan and boil
until creamy consistent. Finally add the heavy cream and serve.
