01 teaspoon of ground cinnamon;
01 teaspoon of butter;
01 teacup of water;
03 g of fresh ginger;
04 tablespoons of honey.
01 spoon of margarine;
01 large apple, peeled and sliced;
02 balls of yogurt ice cream.
In a saucepan, place water, honey, cinnamon and ginger. Cook over medium heat and simmer for 05 minutes or until a thin syrup. Remove from heat, add margarine and stir rapidly until smooth. Allow to cool.
Heat a large frying pan (18 cm diameter) over medium heat and melt the margarine. Place the apple slices. Let brown on one side and turn to brown the other. Arrange apple slices in 02 dessert plates. Place 01 scoop of ice cream yogurt on apple slices. Drizzle with the sauce and serve immediately.
