INGREDIENTS
01 tablespoon of salt;
900 g of flour;
03 tablespoons of sugar;
03 eggs;
10 g of yeast;
250 ml of oil;
500 ml of milk warm.
PREPARATION
In a bowl mix the yeast with the flour. In a blender, beat
all the other ingredients, and then immediately pour over the flour mixture. If
the dough is too soft, add a little more flour. And knead the dough for at
least 20 minutes, leave to rest to grow for about 30 minutes. Divide dough into
02 or 04 shares, depending on how much bread you want to do. To determine
whether the mass has grown, separate a tip of the mass, make a ball and place
in a glass of water when the ball up it's time to bake. Take the dough in a
preheated oven at 200° C, leave for 10 minutes and then lower to 150° C,
leaving the oven for a total average time of 01 hours.
PS: If the weather is too cold, fold the yeast, and allow
more time for fermentation.
