12 slices of mozzarella;
12 pieces (approx. 10x15 cm) of wrap;
200 g of heavy cream;
250 g of guava jam.
Open the bread, place the mozzarella, guava jam and finally add the heavy cream.
Roll up and serve.
PS: if you like, sprinkle a little sugar and cinnamon on the bread.
