White danette


01 litter of milk;
04 tablespoons of corn starch;
100 g of white chocolate;
395 g of condensed milk;
395 g of heavy cream (it can be with whey).


In a sauce pan, mix all the ingredients, except for the heavy cream, heating it until it thickens. Remove from the heat and add the heavy cream, mixing well. To be thinner, after having it cold, beat the batter in the mixer. Pour it into a container and take it to the fridge for about 06 hours.

OBS: the consistency changes when the cream is taken to the fridge. After cold, the cream gets more consistent.
