Petit gateau coffee

  • 01 ¼ teacup of butter;
  • 01 small cup of cold coffee;
  • 05 egg yolks;
  • 05 eggs;
  • 250 g dark chocolate into pieces;
  • ¾ teacup of sugar;
  • ¾ teacup of flour;
  • Ice cream to follow.


Grease 12 muffin cups with margarine with 07 cm in diameter and set aside. Preheat oven to 270 ° C. Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler, stirring gently. Once it is melted add coffee, and set aside. In a bowl mix the egg yolks with the eggs and sugar. Add the mixture was set aside, along with the flour, mixing well. Distribute the batter into muffin cups and bake for 07 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
