- 01 teaspoon of pepper sauce;
- 01 teaspoon of salt;
- 02 spoons of olive oil;
- 02 sprigs of coriander, chopped;
- 03 sprigs of parsley, chopped;
- ½ melon cut into small cubes;
- 200 g plain yogurt;
- 250 g of smoked ham, sliced;
- Black pepper.
Cut each slice of ham into strips 05 or 06 regular. In each toothpick, place a cube of melon and a folded strip of ham. Take the remaining ingredients, mix well, making the sauce.
