Sweet bread stuffed

·         01 teaspoon of salt;
·         01 egg;
·         01 pack of baking bread or 02 tablets;
·         01 tea cup milk;
·         02 egg yolks;
·         03 tea cups flour;
·         ½ tea cup sugar;
·         ½ tea cup butter.
·         01 egg yolk for brushing;
·         01 tea cup black raisins;
·         02 spoons granulated sugar to cover;
·         02 spoons of sugar;
·         02 tea cups of mozzarella cheese and ham, grated.


Warm milk with sugar and place the yeast. Let dissolve and add salt, eggs, egg yolks and butter soft. Place the flour until the dough begin to come unglued from the hand. To make the filling, mix the ham and mozzarella sugar and raisins. Open the dough, cut into strips parallel to the side and filling in the middle. Take a strip on each side alternately filling and overlap. Brush an egg yolk on top and sprinkle the sugar. Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until golden.
