01 spoon of baking powder;
02 spoons of butter;
03 cups of flour;
½ cup sugar;
200 g heavy cream (01
box);
50 g of raisins, stoned.
PREPARATION
In a bowl place the flour, baking powder, salt and butter,
mixing until you reach the point of pastry. Add the heavy cream and sugar, mix
it again. After well mixed, add the raisins, stir and let the dough rest for
about 02 minutes. Make small "cookies". Throw on top of each
"cookie" a little sugar and bake in oven preheated to 200 º C,
between 10 and 15 minutes, until golden.
PS: serve hot.
