The chicken pomodoro

·        01 chopped carrot;
·        02 cut onions in half;
·        02 chicken breasts, boned and cut into steaks;
·        03 cloves of garlic;
·        03 bay leaves;
·        07 ripe tomatoes, cut into 04;
·        300 g of mozzarella into thick slices;
·        Black pepper;
·        Salt.

In a saucepan, over medium heat, place all ingredients except chicken and mozzarella. Cover with water and let cook for about 01 hour (if you have to add more water during cooking to add back a few). Once cooked, beat the mixture in a blender, strain and pour into a saucepan. Add the chicken and let the fire until it is cooked. Now just add the cheese and let melt. Place in a baking dish and serve hot.
