Steak roll

INGREDIENTS

·         02 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
·         05 beef steaks (hit);
·         05 strips of bacon;
·         05 strips of carrot;
·      05 strips of peppers;
·        ¼ small onion, pat;
·        10 toothpicks;
·        Garlic;
·        Fine herbs;
·        Chili sauce;
·        Salt.

PREPARATION
Season the steaks with salt, garlic, chili sauce and herbs. In the center of steaks, place the onion and strips of bacon, carrots and peppers. Wrap them in cigar-shaped each steak and secure with toothpicks 02. Fry them in oil, dripping water all the time, and keeping in a closed pan over low heat until golden and soft.
