Passion fruit mousse



INGREDIENTS

03 egg whites;
½ cup of passion fruit juice, with little or no added water;
395 g of condensed milk;
395 g of heavy cream, without serum.


PREPARATION

Beat the egg whites in a mixer until it is in snow, add the condensed milk and heavy cream, mixing until it becomes homogeneous. Add passion fruit juice and mix well. Place in a bowl and bring the refrigerator for about 02 hours. If you want to play on the passion fruit mousse as decoration will be.
