- 01 liter of water;
- 01 pineapple;
- 02 boxes of gelatin light pineapple flavor;
- 03 cups of nonfat yogurt.
Peel the pineapple and chop into small pieces. Pour water into a saucepan and place the pineapple to boil for about 20 minutes. Add gelatin and mix well. Let cool and add the yogurt. Place to chill.
