Lemon mousse


INGREDIENTS

395 g of heavy cream (no serum);
395 g of condensed milk;
03 egg whites;
½ cup lemon juice (no added water).


PREPARATION

Beat the egg whites in a mixer until it was snow, add the condensed milk and heavy cream, mixing until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Add lemon juice and mix well. Place in a glass bowl and bring the refrigerator. If you want to play zest of lemon peel on top as decoration is the will, however, careful not to put too much.
